How to handle unexpected questions in an interview?

First, Investigate the company information. Know your possible duties in the company in detail. Come to interview looking good. Try to anticipate questions in advance. Put yourself at ease and help control the dialog. If you taken care of these few things, you will be able to deal with any unexpected situation or questions. Try the following possible strategies if you are asked an unexpected question. Say, the interviewers ask you - what's your weakness: you need to apply the following strategies:

1. Present a weakness that's really your hidden strength

2. Cite a corrected weakness.

3. Recall a lesson learned.

4. Reveal a lapsed skill

5. Use an unrelated skill.

6. Cite an objective

7. Try humor.

8. Repeat your qualification
