Exam Result for the Office Assistant Position of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank (UBGB)


Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank established under section 23a of the regional rural banks act, 1976 (21 of 1976). The Central Government has merged Uttar Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank and Kosi Kshetriya Gramin Bank (transferor regional rural banks) sponsored by Central Bank of India in Bihar state into a single regional rural bank, hence it is more familiar as Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank (transferee regional rural bank) with its head office at Muzaffarpur.

The expanse of Uttar Gramin Bank in the Bihar State covers the districts of Araria, Katihar, Kishanganj, Darbhanga, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Madhepura, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, purnea, saharsa, saran, sheohar, sitamarhi, siwan, supaul, west champaran and vaishali in the state of bihar. Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank supported by Central Bank of india, is one of the biggest regional rural banks in India with respect to branch network, staff strength and area.

The Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank (UBGB) has announced the results of the recently conducted exam for the Office Assistant Position. The written test as part of the selection process was conducted on 19th September 2010. It has been identified that a total of 1979 candidates have qualified the written test. These candidates as part of the selection process would have to attend the Personal Interview.

The Interview Admit Cards would be sent to the qualified candidates by the Bank's Selection Committee. However, it is advised to follow the bank's official website.
