Miss Vancouver Eliza Sam is the new Miss Chinese International 2010. The Canadian won the title tonight in glittering gala held in Tianjin, China. First runner-up was Miss Kuala Lumpur Belle Theng, and second runner-up was Miss Toronto Candy Chang.
