The new Miss Guatemala 2010 is Alejandra José Barillas Solís, 24. She will be her country's delegate to Miss Universe 2010. First runner-up at the glittering gala was Ana Lucía Mazariegos Florentino, who will represent Guatemala at Miss World 2010. Second runner-up, winning the right to contend for the title of Miss International 2010, was Jessica María Scheel Noyola.
