Mangali Ngcobo has been crowned the new Miss Soweto 2010. Ngcobo, 20, won the hearts of 10 judges to represent the country's most celebrated township in Miss South Africa 2010. Zanele Masuku, 20, became first princess, while Liesl Laurie, 19, was second princess. (Source: The Sowetan)
